Caleta is the signature restaurant of the Sofitel Legend Casco Antiguo, under Michelin-starred chef Lorenzo Di Gravio. Located within the historic 1917 Club Union building in Casco Viejo, it offers creative cuisine featuring Pacific and Caribbean Panamanian seafood with Mediterranean and Latin American influences. Dishes stand out for their artistic presentation: marinated kampachi with caviar and mango, wood-grilled octopus with yuca gnocchi, fried carrot ceviche with patacones, and a signature cacao pod chocolate dessert. Table service includes tableside presentations by the chef himself.
